Inside a Siberian prison camp
“Remember – you are awaited at home,” reads a sign inside a high-security male prison camp close to the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk.
Prisoners at the camp are either reoffenders or those who have been convicted of very serious crimes. While they are there, they perform different kinds of work, from manufacturing furniture to producing bricks, sewing clothes and making mattresses.
