The dancing lady


The Aurora Borealis lights up the sky above a mountain camp north of the Arctic Circle in Norway.

The northern lights are the result of collisions between particles in the Earth's atmosphere and matter released by the sun, a process which releases colourful streams of light into the sky.


Reuters Photographer Yannis Behrakis, who has been exploring Norway’s fjords, talks about the experience of shooting the Northern Lights.
