Twelve twelve twelve
Today is a special day. December 12 2012 – or 12/12/12 – it marks the last time that the day, month and year will all match up for the next 88 years.
Around the world, people celebrated the triple date in different ways - like the many couples who got married and preserved the number for themselves by making it their anniversary.
