Lying on the back of a horse with a huge grin on her face, this little girl looks like she is having a good time. But she is not just here for fun; she is also here for therapy.

This youngster is one of many to take part in a free equine-assisted therapy program provided by the Mexico City Ministry of Public Security, which offers help to those who suffer from a range of disabilities and disorders, including autism, traumatic brain injury or cerebral palsy.
